If these Jefferson coins from 1938-2010 are still saved in Rolls or U.S.Mint bags -will they increase in value. I paid an average of 8 cent for the nickels from the U.S.Mint for the Westward Journey Series in bags. Since these cannot be melted down- The ( Question ) do you think that being in bags ,would these nickel be worth at least 10 cent each if they go to a Steel plated nickel in 2011 or 2012
