Just curious what these would be worth. I know most/all are common dates. Not really looking to sell them, but since the price of silver is $27, I wouldn't mine letting a couple go, if there "worthless" Top: Left-Right(Dates not in order) 1)79' 2)79' 3)79's 4)79's 5)79' 6)79' 7)79' 8)81'o 9)81's 10)81' 11)84' 12)83's 13)86'o 14)84'o 15)86' 16)97' 17)86' 18)86' 19)87'o 20)89' 21)90's 22)91' 23)86'o 24)87'o 25)87' 26)91'0
melt is a little over $21, even common date Morgans can fetch 2-3 dollars over melt. When silver was around 17-18, common date morgans were selling at around $16-18 each while they were worth around 13-14 each
Much depends on whether you sell to a dealer or peer to peer. Figure a dealer will try to buy for 17 and sell for 28. Peer to peer you can get 20 easy maybe 24 if you have a good seller rating.
Those all look like lightly circulated, common-date, pre-1921 Morgans. Seem to be VF+ to EF+ condition and original, uncleaned examples.
These are in high demand for both their silver content and as collectibles. They are worth about $25/each. Do not clean them and keep them stored in a cool, dry location.
