Very nice additions! In particular, the 2010 stands out, it's surprising to see that sort of thing happen in modern coins.

Thanks guys. I'm hoping to hold on to my errors for a few years, but life's decisions are always subject to change.

Here's one which causes questions to be asked, but I haven't seen another like it. I have doubts about it, but surely someonge can make another?

I didn't make it, and to me it looks like acid may have removed part of the outside layer.

Interesting loonie. Looks like a plating layer peeled off partially?!

Here's a photo out of the 2x2. There is not anything appearing to be arcing when looked at. What is confusing to me is how the line from one surface to the other is not disrupted by the legend. I would think the elevation difference would cause a liquid to follow the letter and not cut through them. The "A" in Elizabeth and "E" in Regina are the points of interest for me.
This makes me think the area was like this before the coin was struck?

Thought there would be more comments about the loonie's creation. Here's a new offstruck I just received. It goes well with my 1872H.

Thanks. I lean toward PMD on the loonie but I hope it's real.

That's really odd? ... it's almost like there was something coated on the steel core that prevented electroplating to occur on some parts of the coin?
