I like that 1974 dollar... I think it belongs in my collection, for the partial clip I have is very lonely...

errorone2012, if you search on this site, you will see some of my dollar errors. I specialize specifically in nickel dollars, and have some spectacular errors. I also own this set, which has been a real fun challenge to find and upgrade (business strikes), since almost none appear in any auctions:

well I have one here that I got in change today .. but first I must to those others..I think I have a triple stike off center .. On the bottom edge I can see where it was struck an extra time...

I dont collect them guys..any idea of value before ebay or someone gets it

Hi all, this is a 20 cent of New Zealand betwen 1967 to 1989 with I think 75% of centre. Anyone have any idea of the value for this 20 cents. Thank's

25c struck on a 1c planchet

1990 1c struck on a ridiculously thin planchet. Weighs 0.4g, regular 1990 1c planchets weigh 2.5g.

One thing I learned at the mint was that the plating on coins will need to be annealed before striking. I suspect the zinc seen on this coin would not show as much if the coin had been annealed between strikes.
