Here is my clipped planchet 1981 penny. Amazing how much circulation it's seen despite such an obvious error.

Nice 50 cent dollar it seems to have struck up well being a little thinner. Great find.

1978 twenty-five cent piece struck on a foreign planchet, 4.6 grams. My first 25 cent foreign planchet strike. Thanks for looking! Fenian

No that is not a harp, it's the whole band. Nice coin.

Are those from the Moore auction? That 1981 has an interesting texture, almost like it was struck through a split planchet...

These two were part of a three coin lot I picked up for, I think, a bargain at $150 (before all those fees). I also filled a date hole in my planchet errors....it cost a little more than I hoped it would, but I hadn't seem one of the date before.

Hard to believe that it was in a VF-30 holder prior to it being cracked out and sent to PCGS...
