A 2 fen and a 5 fen. Both uniface and 100mmx50mm. I can't find them in the Krause catalog. Does anyone have any extra info (year of issue)?

Both are 1949, and are issued by the Bank of Hainan. Check ROC issues.

Thanks wd1040 and svslav. Are they in the General Issues 1368-1960 catalog and if so what's the #ref?

They are in the Specialized Issues catalog. They are actually "cent" denominations. S1452 and S1453. The CV is 50ยข each in the 7th Ed. (1995) The catalog states the following about the Hainan Bank, "This was the last outpost and banking facility of retreating nationalist forces led by CKS." (CKS=Chiang Kai-shek)
