From the poor pictures it is difficult to see a difference in the two coins. Actually, it appears the seller intentionally slanted his lines to make them look different. Note how the one line goes underneath the bottom leaf on the right side while the other cuts across the bottom tip of the leaf.
Needless to say, even if the coin IS as mentioned, it's only worth $5 (ref: Canadian Coin News), but at least he's throwing in another nickel of identical value too.

Looking at the deceiving scans I think its a high 2 and not the low one that everyone is looking to buy. Here is a scan that a member posted previouslly

If you blow up the scan and draw a new line it does appear to be a low 2. "Appears to be" means I wouldn't bid more than about $40 based on those scans, but I wouldn't dismiss it entirely.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning... -from PCGS website

I guarantee it's a low/far 2. The low/far 2 has the 2 much closer to the 3 than high/near 2. That's actually all I look at on these, it's an easier tell for me.

The seller sent me a better scan and posted one with the reverse straight up and it now looks like a low 2.

@ torgemco,
I think that your five coins ( 5 cents 1932 ) are all of the variety Near 2, but with this photo, I am not 100 % sure.
So, I refer you to the page 22 of this topic : see the replie of castor, posted 02/24/2013 at 1:04 pm. You can see there two examples of the varieties Far 2 and Near 2.
Good luck with this to identify your coins !
Best,
Marc

On ebay: Two F-12 in CCCS flips from two different (?) sellers in Kirkland QC. Also, it seems the more that show up, the higher the asking price.

Zonad, I don't live in Kirtland QC and for your questions...... On the other hand, for the quality of the 5 cents 1932 Far 2, with the exception of one UNC coin located in the Ottawa Museum, since 2009, I have seen only three VF-20 Far 2, from all sources ( ebay or members of numicanada, coincommunity and some others sites ). All other 5 cents 1932 Far 2, that I have seen ( no more that 40 examplars ) were situated between VG-8 and F-15 ( great part on grades VG-10 and F-12 ).
