Does not look cleaned, but reverse darkness may present an issue. I'd verify genuineness before purchasing this coin, too.

Looks pretty good to me, although VF-30 is a bit optimistic IMO. The obverse may show the effect of dipping to lighten the color. The current bid ($49.99) seems like a bargain price.
