Looks like a F-15 to me.

F-15 to VF-20 details grade seems about right. May have had a cleaning or two or three (!)

guess that's why
I stared a thread...on grading...poor pic's, but for a lower grade coin its safe, for a guess F-12? before or after the cleaning discount?
