While you still have it in hand a little more research is in order...It has a very strong clash so if you can take some close up photo's of the neck and date, I think you have a VAM that will off set the cost of the coin...Please send some close up(MARCO) photo,s....

Oh wait, I just saw that it was eternitycoin...he already is on the list. Its saddening how so many 'top rated sellers' are a joke.

One more way that the 'best' scammers shank people out of their money...all the obvious scams are done to death, and thats all buyers usually look for so the more subtle ones get away with pretty much everything. Especially because its 'technically within the rules'

[ I do feel ripped but as a new collector my intelligence in coins is at fault/]

One of the most intelligent statements I have seen on this subject, too often, placing the blame elsewhere is not as beneficial as owning up to your part in the disaster.Live, learn, and go forward a better person.

I tried to upload larger pics but they exceeded the 25MB limit. I would be happy to send more detailed pics through email if you'd like, but I'll need an email address to send them to. Let me know.

So you put in a $400ish offer on a coin with a $4,000 buy it now? Wow! Did you have any thought he would take the offer? If so, you must have had a better idea of the value.

What was your reaction when he took your $400 offer? Shock? Belief that it must be a mistake? I bet you couldn't send payment quick enough. :)
