Again....I really don't know my rear from a hole in the ground with regard to these things, but this one is definitely weird. Once again, my photography doesn't do it justice. The rim is strong, as is the face of Honest Abe...but the devices in between are almost missing. The same sort of thing is going on on the reverse, but I just can't make a photo that is a decent representation....What, if anything, is this?
