I really hope the photos are good enough. Lighting these things is a real challenge and I feel I'm failing miserably.

This coin is much more heavily worn than you usually see for Indian eagles. It also is heavily scratched, presumably from a misguided attempt to clean it. I might call it VF-20 for detail.

In high grades the 1910-S is scarce and expensive but in this condition it is only worth bullion value.

I see patches of what look to be closely linked parallel lines, which means that it was most likely cleaned very harshly at some point which would agree with Jaoblers thinking. I would grade a bit higher though, around VF-35 details...most of the details are pretty clear.

This piece is got a grade of "XF Details - Harshly Cleaned". Will it still be bullion value?

Of course. It should bring a small premium actually. I would love to have a coin like that for a pocket piece! :-D
