Constantius II. 337-361 AD. Antioch mint.
His laureate & draped bust right, FL IVL CONSTANTIVS NOB C, two soldiers standing beside Legionary standards

But I'm not sure.It can be Aurelian
Need be cleaned a little.
You can soaked it in olive oil for about 1 day.Will have good dark brown patina.
Then in water for 2 hours

The type posted by t0rress is correct, but the mintmark is SMKS - Cyzicus mint. Wildwinds.
