That amount of loss of detail in the shield just seems highly inconsistent with the rest of the minor areas of wear. Also, one of the pictures showed nice luster. The wear marks look consistent with AU-53 or so to me, I guess. Report this Post to the Staff

As you can see the wear marks are far less obvious I chose ANACS as they are the most consistent on this series. PCGS is all over the place I guess they call it market grading...
