Out Of Sync PCGS Population Reports?

I found a coin that was in Cert Lookup but not in the population report of the same country. When I was generally browsing through population reports by country, I noticed that "India-Republic" has just one coin in it's population report. Is something wrong with data on their website? Perhaps a problem with their system that syncs individual coins to their country population reports?

Update:

I got a response from PCGS that the population reports are only for US coins however they are working on non US population reports at the moment.
