Would be interested in hearing what you all think this would grade and what a fair price to sell it for. I am trying to sort out some coins to sell, so I can fill other holes. So would be nice to know, on this one, what others think the value is.

Hmm, this one is tough, with the dinged up LIBERTY. Also are those scratches at the 12 o'clock star and the back of the neck new, because the copper under them looks shiny and new.
I'd say F-15 because the hair above the brow is for the most part, there. The date is strong, but by contrast, the top of reverse is very weak.

At first glance, I was going to say F12 but I think you have to consider the strike weakness VS. actual wear. I agree with F15.

Yes .. those are small scratches .. not sure how they got there. I think this was part of some coins I purchased last year. It does look a little better in hand .. still working on my photo skills.
I guess I am wondering what forum members are buying coins like this for .. like 5, 10 15 dollars.

I spent 17.50 on a coin from this exact year in worse shape, but then again, I got it from a dealer.

I would say you should get $17 for it.

$15-20 sounds right to me.

My first impression is VG10, but it's possible it's a weakly struck F12?
