You're going to need better pictures, and ones taken outside of the plastic bag, for anyone to make any sort of definitive grading attempt with this coin. The incused indian gold is very hard to grade by pictures alone, even high quality ones.

Not sure what it might grade but I would get it out of that bag it's in and into an Air-Tite or 2X2 at least.

She appears to be in AU condition at least.

I do think it is likely mint state. I only say this due to the cartwheel luster that is apparent on the first picture. However, these coins are often counterfeited very well. I think this one would be worth sending into ANACS or a TPG. The difference in value between say a 62 and a 65 is in the thousands.

What is cartwheel luster? When he looked at it he kept talking about how great and much luster it has and showed me another to compare it to.

Cart wheel luster is when you hold the coin between your thumb and middle finger and tilt it side to side, the luster radiates out from the center of the coin like a spokes on a cart wheel.
