There are alot of things going on it appears,,the date looks doubled maybe,,in god we trust,has some,,,well I have got to clean it to see whats up,,any advice,,I know flush it,,,but I can see what mite be some thing,,thanks

just a guess but it looks like zinc rot and a possible die chip

Corroded and not doubled. "cleaning" it would ruin what value it would have anyway - which in this case is actually nothing, so scrub away!
