I dont know about the grade. The rim and the nick on the neck stick out I see it so would a grader.
Thats the problem I had also with the dollar coins is contact marks. I got a few rolls of abes and looked at at each coin they all had contact marks.
I suspect its such a heavey coin as they get minted then dumped out into a holding area into bags or a machine to roll them , they must fall on each other and leave those contact marks.
