Today I went to the bank get some boxes and the teller was opening a roll of BU-MS coins so I asked If could have some of these then I found out was the 2011 dollar series and one goes strait to my withman Presidential dollar set !
The teller told me the just got them yesterday so I don't know for how long ago they came to circulation and the Presidential dollars collectors like me keep an eye for the 1st strikes BU-MS now on the banks per only 1$ !
Ps: if they came long ago and I'm the only who didn't know don't laugh of me ?! Is just always exciting to get a new release BU (the perfect coin ) paying only the face value .

One thing that I have noticed is a Presidential dollar can slab in a high grade with some rim damage. I would say MS 65-66 depending on the amount of rim hits.

they are all with the rim like that , is not any kind of damage ! maybe because is just a business circulation strike and not a proof set .
tumbleweedtrumpet you are right they always have some flows , hits on the rim probably during the production process but they are all cameo , if was not by the rim it would be up to ms67-68 cameo though .

I received an ANACS MS-67 in the mail today, and it has a considerable amount of rim dings.

I got a couple rolls of these Johnson's last week from my bank too !
There were about 7 or 8 really good keepers in the $25.00 roll.
I only put the Presidential Proofs in my Whitman album.....the BU's go into two different folders I maintain, and then I send a couple off to a Nephew so he can maintain his.

By the way....none of mine had that rim damage ! ......

I usually just get a roll the week they are released and pick 2-3 nice coins out for myself and friends and then spend the rest. It is nice to be able to get them at face value.

When I said "all of them was with flows and dings on the rim" , I was talking about the ones I got from the bank and not all the Presidential dollar ! The George Washington that we always see on tv saing they are the most rare bla bla bla was very hard to find in circulation (special BU-MS ) then last year they showed up in large scale so when I got my roll from the bank last year I couldn't believe how nice BU-67 some of them cameo and they where sailing them like 3 almost 4 dollars each and I also got them per face value after keep such bad ones 3 years on my withman only because I couldn't find them in good condition and never agree to pay what they asked on tv ! Sometimes worth to be patience .
