Tha coin does fit your album ... your getting so close ... it will be a good day when those last two find their way to you.
It is always nice to look at your album again.

Thank you, but I have never bought a coin on ebay and I do not intend to start any time soon. I see them at the shows, it is just a matter of finding one I like and at a comfortable price. It will happen eventully.

@RoyCoinBoy Please learn a little more about coins before you recommend ebay coins here. The 1864 is a definite fake and the 1841 looks fake as well.

Cool bit of trivia about the this Trade dollar. It is called the "Broken Arrows" variety because of the defective arrow shafts. This exact die was rehubbed in 1878, creating the 1878 S DDR. Thought you'd find that interesting.

We certainly do. (Of course, we already had this discussion, but it is nice to share it here.) I am still loving this Trade dollar.

Haven't checked in with this thread for awhile ... congratulations buck on the two most recent additions. What are the final two for set completion?

I listed them above. I think it was ambiguous. I was updating my "needed" list after I got the Trade dollar fom TypeCoin. The two Liberty Seated dollars (1840-1865 and 1866-1873 with Motto) are my last holes. They may take a while as they are the two priciest holes in the album.
