This means there's something wrong--old cleaning, scratches, etc. This means that it could be worth the 350 price instead of 700. However, as hard to find as Pandesalapi says it is, it could very well bring over catalog in an ebay or coin show auction, especially if those prices are old. Report this Post to the Staff
