I would say AU 55 based on wear on the hair above her forehead
and eagles cheek on the reverse.
It could all be a weak strike because certainly the left side of the reverse
(United) is very weak.

Tough one I will say AU-55 based on the pictures but this coin may well be MS-62 if the luster is unbroken in hand.
