I'm not good with these, but I would say XF Details. There looks to be some hairlines on both the obverse and reverse, but that could be the case.

55-58 minimum. Pics are kind of scuffy, but I can tell that this has very little actual wear.

aladinslamp nailed it! I think these pics are a little clearer too.. They tend to show a bit more detail imho.

Sorry I missed the me versus. These Half Dimes are not as appreciated as they should be. An excellent pick up.

You did well, its a nice original coin with more luster and less rub than is typical for 53 IMO. I had a coin sort of like this once that a dealer graded 55 with an old wipe on the front when I asked him for an assessment (it had less wear than this coin). Given the lack of more obvious rub on the knees, I thought he low balled it a bit. I sold it to someone as a 'slider' 58+ with the minor wipe noted, and it got graded MS-62 at NGC. I was somewhat surprised...That's kind of why I thought this might grade higher than 53. Coin is here: http://www.coincommunity.com/forum/...PIC_ID=61269Where'd you get it from anyway?

I got it from The Executive Coin Company (TECC) for $95. I actually just bought 3 coins from them (this one, the Lincoln commemorative, and the Seated dollar).. I was really happy with the price and thought that if anything, the coins might have been undergraded.
