1992 P LMC MD?

There appears to be doubling on the following areas:
The 1 in the date and the first 9 in the date;
The bottom of the ERT in LIBERTY;
Lincoln's bow tie and the top of his chin;
Both the W and E in WE.

Is suspect this is MD because of its appearance and the fact the none of the major sources reference it, but I wanted another opinion. Please chime in.

Indeed MD, on the W it looks like you're pointing out a contact mark, unrelated to the MD.
