That is a pretty one! Looks like high VF details but could be as high as EF-45 if the flat areas (above/behind Liberty's eye and the eagle's talons and neck) are from strike weakness.
Is the coin really that red/orange color? It's a bit unusual; not necessarily evidence of artificial toning, but potentially a concern. There also seems to be quite a bit of remaining luster. This is good if the coin is a weakly-struck choice EF. If however the coin is worn to the VF level the luster might be the result of a cleaning.
Could you take it out of the 2X2 to take new photos? The reflection/glare from the plastic could be distorting the appearance.
I think this is actually a weakly struck XF or AU coin. I've seen other examples of this coin in AU slabs and they're not that different. It may have been dipped or cleaned in the past, but it could be light if the picture is exaggerating it. I'm 99% sure its been messed with a little bit but maybe not much.
