just getting into investing silver is copper a good investment or not?

Well,judging by your prediction on gold,you should already know
My thoughts are that nobody really knows,I think it is all speculation so I keep a little of everything.Copper cents will be worth face value and if you pull them there really isn't much of a gambles.

No metal is a good investment. Copper, especially, is hard to scale.

Let's say copper triples in three years, so after all expenses, you can double your money. Great, how much did you have? $100,000? $10,000? $1000? You made $1 a day, hope it was worth the effort!

Can you find $100 a week in copper cents? Do it really right and you can clear $50. A week. Still not retirement, but 7 times as good as buy-and-hold.
