The first picture is a little out of focus so I can't really say what I'd grade it, but from what I can see it looks like it could probably go Fine-12. I could say if it would go higher without better pictures. The reverse does have claims to a higher grade, but I can't tell if the obverse would support it. Report this Post to the Staff

I don't think there has been any design that wasn't criticized as being ugly while it was used. They tend to be praised as an improvement when they are proposed, but shortly afterward they get panned Report this Post to the Staff
