I recently picked up a $10 BEP "Collectors Set" with a 1995 & an 1999 note. The 1995 note has one of those Y suffixes high serial #'s printed especially for collectors. My question is how to determine the date the note was printed? The serial# ranges at USPaperMoneyInfo does not show printing dates for these notes, and the BEP monthly production figures do not go back that far. Thoughts, anyone?
