I placed an order with the mint last week for 2 - 2010 uncirculated sets and 1-2011 uncirculated set but I just received 1 - 2011 Silver proof set, 1 - 2011 proof set and 1 - 2011 presidential proof set...

maybe this is why the silver proof sets show as currently unavailable on the mints website. They're just passing them out as they see fit...

Should I keep it and place a new order?

Or be nice and contact them for an exchange?

I've never received the wrong items.

I've got unacceptable quality several times.

The packing slip was correct just not the product. Whether you go by the listed price or silver value it's a nice profit if I decide to keep it. Sad thing is I kind of like the mint and would feel a little bad about jerking them. If this happened with an order from the B.E.P and was delivered an uncut sheet of fifties for and order of fives, I'd have to say I'd keep it in a heartbeat.... semi-useless paper....

Not really, tho lately the LSC in mint sets are coated in some strange gunk.

I've been ordering coins from the US Mint for a long, long time and never have had any problems of any kind. HOWEVER, I never use the internet or those mail things they keep sending me. I always call their phone number and place the order with a real person. I usually tell them I just spent a half hour on their web site and couldn't figure out how to order so I'm calling instead. Works every year.
Not really a lie though. A long, long time ago I did try to get in with my user name and password but it wouldn't take that. Then it refused to let me make a new one. So I called and have been ever since.
