Heres what I beleive to be a 2001 DDR. I could be wrong since the doubling of pillars can be tricky. I'm still learning as far as the doubling of pillars goes.

Not sure if it would show up only in one bay. I found a 1991-D not to long ago(posted it here)and there are"lines" in most of the bays.I'm not saying yours isn't a DDO I'm just saying it would be odd. May I guess it's a die clash?

His coin wouldn't be a DDO anyway - that would be on the obverse. This one is a possible DDR.

I cannot tell anything from the image provided - can't be of any help.
