If it's not too scuffed up under the eye and the reverse is as nice it could be a solid MS-66 which is an in the money grade. These often come tarnished now days so improving it would be difficult. Soooo, I wanted to see if anyone would figure out that this photo was doctored. Just for the record, this slab, for sale on ebay, was graded and ms70. Given it is a 1969 made it really easy to photo shop it to an ms69 for a few head scratches, laughs, education, and intrigue. I've been busy the past month and missed the forum so a prank was my way of saying Report this Post to the Staff
