I'd say VF-30, lack of head detail keeping it from the XF IMO. Likely cleaned. Great coin!

This coin has all the detail for XF, liberty strong, the edges of scroll look good, and good clear clasp. This coin goes XF-40 easy!! Coin value 125.00 easy.

Yep, some of the reverses on these scarcer mint Seated coins are obliterated.

Looks like a cleaned VF to me. However, the cleaning look could just be the photograph.

I think this coin might squeak to a VF-30.

VF+ Details sounds right to me. If the price was right it looks like one that could re-tone nicely.
