Not an RPM, it just took a bad hit in circulation,just kidding . That's a real nice RPM,nice separation. And yes it's a little rough but it's still an RPM

Just kidding. I have looked at so many 1960-D's recently, I'm starting to remember the better ones of which this is certainly one!
