Hello,

Once again my scanner may not have picked up all of the luster but this coin also definitely has a cartwheel effect from the luster.

Please grade this coin.

Disregard the apparent doubling near the nose since it's an effect of the scanner.

probably low MS but scanners do not do justice to coins
