just wanted to add, the spots near the rim are on the 2x2, not the coin.

I just saw on proxibid that 5 of these they "claimed" were BU or better went for $65.00 for all 5.

I am not the best grader, but I would say MS 63.

last date of the issue, and many were saved in MS. Nice coin. I would say MS 63,64 based on the photos, possibly higher in hand.
