I purchased a 1962 proof set from a lady in Florida a couple of weeks ago. She sent it in an express type envelope from the post office. Got to my house and the back of the envelope was ripped and the proof set was gone!! I got her phone number from the return address on the package and called her. I didn't really know WHAT was in the package as the sellers hardly ever send the receipt with the product and I wanted to open a Claim from USPS. This lady simply wanted me to communicate though the Bay with her, she did give me her username which was what I was after in the first place. I explained to her in an email what happened and two days later a 1957 US Proof set shows up in my mailbox shipped overnite via USPS. That was above and beyond service. I have purchased many many things from her lately.

Bizy,
"GOLD GIFT BOX AND VELVET BAG INCLUDED FREE!" Maybe this is the same cat that had the silver colored "gold" gift box and velvet bag someone had posted about on a thread from months ago.
Just remember reading those posts on that thread and rolling on the floor laughing. That had to be one of the funniest bits of banter I've ever read and those guys were in rare form while seeming to feed off each successive sarcastic post.
Still makes me smile just thinking of that.

From what I understand you have to file in the defendants jurisdiction in small claims court. I almost want to buy something from him just to screw with him. Even better yet someone in Canada
