I would say both are VF20 Details due to the rim dings and possibly corrosion/environmental damage.

Nice coins!

Might need better pics to grade more accurately, but I'd say VG to F due to obliterated details in tail feathers, and corn stalks.

No corrosion on it but they are kind black all the way , I though were copy but bought anyway because was only 2$ a piece so would be ok since I never had a FE ! Then at home I made a home made scale and used my 1859 type-1 IHC and they are exactly the same weight of the IHC , I think I was a good deal lol .

Nice strike on the 57. I look at the letters on the obverse esp. STATES

I would net grade them both at a VG because of some rim dings, the 1857 has the details in the feathers to get a F grade but the rim dings bring it down... Nice FE's though, for the price can't go wrong with that...
