Sure why not ... count it.
The game was a snore fest though. Bad hockey all the way around and when the goal was scored there wasn't even enough time for Boston to feel anxiety. Poof you loose.
Don Cherry agrees with me. lol.

Okay. That cinches it for me. I'm glad we agree. ancientcoinguy, your Series Contest submission is cheerfully accepted. I'm sure everyone will also join me in wishing your grandmother a speedy recovery (my apologies to Mr. McFeely). Sorry for taking a shot at the Burgh, but I live a half hour south of there and felt I was entitled.

Wow thanks guys! I appreciate this very much. My grandmother is having issues with vision/mobility loss and skin cancer. She is already a survivor of pancreatic cancer.

I have been a Bruins fan ever since 1990 when Cam Neely (my last name is Neely, lol) and Reggie Lemelin got the Bruins to the finals, only to be destroyed by the great Oilers with Gretzky and company....
Last nights game, heart breaking to see the Canucks win that in last 18 seconds, after Tim Thomas had single handily kept them in the game all night with some amazing saves, that guy is in the zone as in Luongo. Both found there strides, and Luongo has a different mentality now, after winning that gold medal. I have been a house league goalie myself for 18 years now, and it is funny how much easier it is to play after you have won a title, and get that off your back. Neither of these teams have won the cup yet, and usually the winner of game one gets it done....
I think the Bruins owe their goalie big-time and need to answer back next game. If they do, who knows what might happen even though I have a gut feeling the Canucks are gonna get it done this year....

Silverhawk:
I agree with almost everything you wrote, except Boston has won Lord Stanley's Cup 4 times. Even though its been 29 years since the last win, it still counts.
Everyone is eligible to post an entry for games 2 through the end. Why don't you take a shot?
