The only hit on the obv is there on the forehead. Any ideas on grade and value.

Your pictures are almost too bright to accurately grade.

Giving it a MS61 due to the obverse hit on the forehead and the spotting on the reverse.

I'm with Dave, the pictures are too bright, pixelated and over-exposed. I would say it's MS, probably 63 or less.
