depends also on what year, but probably not something really special indeed.
The face value is about $0,40 / $0,25 ?

Common year, common grade.
They can still be exchanged at the German Central Banks.

And since the total mintage for that year (i.e. all five mintmarks combined) was more than 370 million, this coin is definitely not rare. But yes,a s Maudry wrote, one could theoretically take that coin to any branch office of the Bundesbank and get 26 cent for the piece. :)
