Minting Error Or Counterfeit/Fake Coin ?

However, I'm not familiar with foreign coins or their minting process or standards so it may just be badly worn dies or as stated rusted dies. IF the coin is valuable, that would make me think it is more likely counterfit, but if an average coin, it's probably real. Report this Post to the Staff

I have bought this coin 4 years ago when it was not very worthy, but today it has a high catalog value,while I'm from Iran and prices are a few different here. this is a scarce coin and few other samples I have seen, had not this problem.
