Looks like there was a Grease Filled Die that blocked out the letters

i have had it for about 15 years with some other coins just went through them this weekend.. I just thought I would see what all I had in the binder and saw this, never knew it was like this

There was one like this on the forum last week. Definitely grease in the die; not that rare, unfortunately.
