Some if it may be DDD. However, most of the doubling appears to represent a case of plating disturbance doubling. This newly-defined form of doubling involves a lifting-up or disturbance of the copper plating next to the design. It's most closely related to split plating doubling. The area next to the design is subjected to high compressive and tensile stresses, and this evidently causes the plating to swell.
