coppercoins Pillar of the Community United States 7629 Posts	Posted 08/04/2011 09:37 am One thing to remember is that all modern coins are made from the same master "mold" - so if one coin said 1288, ALL of them would have to say 1288. Your coin probably has a raised gas bubble under the copper plating that is well placed to create the illusion you see. Report this Post to the Staff
