C'mon SilverBug you have plenty of ugly coins already. And most from the RCM. Why not a few from around the world? I saw your gilded Britannias, pretty swank my friend. Received the last coin of the set today...Berlin Privy Koala, still waiting on coin 13 and 14.

Actually, according to the letters that come with the coins, the Koala is the last coin in the 2011 Fab15 series, not the 12th.

I have the complete 2011 set now. I will post pics later. Like previous posts, I am disappointed over the size and purity of some of the coins. I am still glad I bought this set since I did not have many foreign coins and they look very nice in the box but I did not purchase the 2012 set.

Completing the set must be relieving Coin Chick, anybody know how to find out what the numbers will be for the set? Again a call was made to RCM asking about #13 & #14, the response was atypical. I've called 3 times in the last month asking why nothing has arrived, this last lie was that the coins were sent out but CP sent them back because I did not pick them up at the post office. They get delivered in an envelope to my mail box! No pickup notice has ever been needed for any of these coins. Maybe I'll focus my money more on completing foreign sets from now on.

I think around 600 subscriptions made it through the 15 for 2011.

I got the box with 3-rd coin - ASE (it is 2012 F15 subscription). Looks good, but feels like plastic. Have another box (wooden by Lighthouse - $89), so it feels and even smells better. Sad to see how F15 box fills with BU coins, while I have the same (partly) in proof. Anyway will continue...collection inside collection.

haha RogerD, when I say ugly, I mean the f15 deal . you can get half of the coins from bullion dealer. the only difference is the square capsule which is too expensive for me . it seems when RCM announced the f15 set, they didn't know which 15 coins would be included either. they just grab whatever is available on the market as time goes by. what happened to the russia coin that was advertised as part of the set?

No apologies needed Bug, just havin' a bit of fun. That Russian coin was delisted by their gov, no idea why, but it would have been 1/2 an ounce just like some of the others we received. Chalk this one down to another lesson of not listening to you, seems it doesn't pay to stray from your wisdom. Looking forward to see wednesdays old gold, I don't collect numis gold but do like to look.

Is there going to be a 2013 F15 set, I am wondering about just getting the Silver Maple with the privy or should I get all of the subscription?

Not sure about 2013 F15 set, according to the all "F15" related topics here, the 2011 and 2012 subscriptions didn't do so well - alot of cancellations.
Except this, the 2012 F15 subscription is still active - I just can't find the URL right now, but posted it previously.
At the bottom line: Search through the F15 topics, you'll see, that the price wise the coins do not worth $95 (each one) - except the F15 SML and couple of other Privy marked coin. But if you want nicely organized well looking collection - order it.
Btw: yesterday got the 4-th coin of 2012 set: Austrian Philharmonic. 2012 Panda with the watch - the next.

Thank you Silveroid, I just called the Mint and this is what a representative told me. "We currently do not know if there is going to be a F15 set in the year 2013, you can wait a couple months, but the risk is we will not continue the set in the year 2013." "10 coins are pure silver and will not be taxed, 5 are not 99,9(9) pure silver and will be taxed. Shipping is 2,99 for each coin with the exception of the box and the watch which will each be 7,99$" Then she started telling me that I should talk to a dealer if I just wanted the Silver Maple Leaf. Problem is that I just want that piece and I heard that people usually cancel their subscription. So should I pass or subscribe only for the SML and then unsubscribe?

Not sure if I have this right, you just want the SML from the series right? Seem quite an easy choice to me, just buy that coin from dealers/secondary market and save your self from ordering the rest that you don't like. granted you may have to pay a bit more for just one coin but save you from spending on coins you don't wants. I've just recently decided to cancelled my O'Canada subscription because I only find 1 or 2 coins I like. I'll buy those coin on their own when it release.

Now then that leaves me stumped, I dont want to pay 120$ or what not for the SML, but I want it. Can't I not just subscribe and buy only the SML, thats what many others have done.
