There is a very small amount of info on the "numista" web site. The coin has been driving me a little nuts since I got it. There just isn't any info out there.

Finally implemented (partially, because some coins I still need to find) mine vision of the F15 set. Well, here the criterias: * 1oz .999 (Britannia as exception ) silver coin * part of famous / well known series * the coin close as possible to bullion / semi numismatic issue and not commemorative. * Proof if possible * Year 2012 (with exceptions) I decided, that it will be 15 coin collection (prefer to have a limit) (similar to RCM) and will utilize for it F15 RCM box. See the picture (actually just a snapshot) of 11 out of 15 coins. (after I took out BU RCM coins - it became better): Maple Leaf - I have also the Proof one, but prefer to leave it in original wooden package and to use the F15. New Zealand Kiwi - since 2009 I do not like the disign (so used 2008 Proof). Coins to find: 1. 2012 Armenia Noah Ark 2. Cook Island - since TIKI not reacheble, I'll buy the "Bounty" 3. IOM representative, probably the "Cat" coin, or 2011 Silver Noble. 4. Still didn't decide.

As promised earlier - here the 2013 New Zealand Maori Art coin (not really F15 related, but actually can be New Zealand representative in this kind of collections) (there is no "black" color on the coin, it just mirrored surface looks very deep). I like this coin. Together with Native Art it also includes (in elegant way) the Fern. After this coin has been received, I ordered also the one from the year 2012.

@Cowboy905: 2 years ago I found, that more attractive (to me) New Zealand coins distributed not by NZ Mint, but by NZ Post. I believe, the reason for this, that these coins (all of them or partially) haven't been minted by NZ Mint, but for example by RAM or German Mint. Kiwi series, Maori Art, Annual sets and Annual Silver Coins could be found among them. Now, for this coin follow the URL below: http://coins.nzpost.co.nz/2013/maor...r-proof-coinThe specifications of this coin you can see on my picture. As per my search in the site, they issued Maori Art coins in 2010 (that I do not like, and actually can not find it), 2012 and 2013. Let's see, what is next.... All the prices in that site in NZD, so I paid something like CAD 125 with shipping. But, recently, just by the case, among inflated prices (~199) on ebay, I found this one, by very good dealer, nice price. I think, that's the place. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-Dollar-Ma...em35c97f08fb

Quote:thank you so much, I just bought it from your ebay link. you should get commish! Glad to hear it and hope the transaction will be smooth, and actually you like the coin. I just think, that like many staff fro that part of the world - not will be easy to resell, but if it for your collection - that's great. It is good dealer and sometimes have the staff that not easy to get from other sources.

^ I collect for myself and I re-sell. I'm not looking to re-sell this one. I LOVE native art. this piece is a showstopper. it looks so well done.
the only coins I buy to re-sell are the 'hits' like the venetian glass ones, or if I buy mintdirect tubes of 1oz silver, sometimes i'll piece it out.
