Very impressive! I have started really looking at all my 5c's since reading your posts above, thanks for the inspiration. Do you have a similar list of 'Type of Error' for the 50c in your database? I will post the other list that has coins that where found at least EF+, or low mintages. I call those TFC - Taken from Circulation. Sorry for the problem with not being able to post good Excel Pivot tables. The list is all over the shop I will have to checkout my 2004 Double Bar. I remember finding it some time ago. I have no idea where it is in my collection, so no pictures unfortunately. b_j_w_79 Valued Member Australia 414 Posts	Posted 09/25/2011 11:22 pm In the last 2 weks that I've noodled (through a $2500 50c) I've managed to find 5 x 1966 round 50c coins (from 2 separate locations and the first I've found from circulation), 2 x incused flags and various other goodies for the keeping including a 1946 sixpence (as a 5c piece)! I am surprised you would still get round 50's from any source. they are quite obvious as a coin variant. the incused flag coin was what got me back into collecting. Took $370 back to the bank today... goodness took a long time using their machine, then the bag had to keep being changed! It was an experience, then had people lining up to use it behind me! Then popped over to another branch to get another $100 out. So far found 10 x 1972 5c pieces in $470 (and made them into sets) (had one awesome $100 bag where I got 4, only got the one today though). And, to my delight, found my first 2010 5c piece! Thanks again to this thread for getting me noodling. I'm thoroughly enjoying it, though I'm not looking for variations and Cud errors, only looking for date sets and for the 2007 double sided coin! Report this Post to the Staff
