He ownes the right to take a percentage upon redemtion,takes silver out and I believe nickel too. He then rolls all rolls in a machine and distributes the orders to stores,buisness and banks. If you need them all at one you can place a special order with your bank but they will most likely charge you a fee and you would have the problem of transporting them. If you have time, just drive around and pick up a few boxes here and there. Banks usually won't charge consumers for change unless it's an excessive request. Report this Post to the Staff
