Yep .... It's fake. It's a really bad fake too. Aside from the fact that every device and legend is just "wrong" ... the first thing to look at on these early dollars is the edge. They weren't minted in a closed die. The "denticles" run right over the edge of the coin. There's no outer rim that is seperate from the dentiled edge. Once you learn a little about the early minting process ... you'll be able to spot coins like this one as fakes from 5 feet away.
I'm far from an expert, but you don't need to be to spot that one.
